Open on map & stampOne thing this branch absolutely wins on is the view. In the evenings it's the best of the lot. Heavily recommend it, a chai with that sunset is worth the trip on its own.

What to order
Same Niloufer classics, chai, maska bun and osmania biscuits, this being the Hitec City outlet in west Hyderabad.
- Irani Chai, The house classic, best had fresh.
- Osmania Biscuit, Sweet-and-salty, built for dunking.
- Coffee, Genuinely very good, but most people never try it because Niloufer is famous for chai. Skip the queue-for-tea-only habit once and order it.
- Bun Maska, Soft buttery bun with the chai.
- Paneer Roll, My go-to heavier bite.
- Paneer Puff, Really good too.
This is the Hitec City branch, and it's the Niloufer outlet I'm most on-and-off about, the chai, maska bun and osmania biscuits are great when they're fresh, but freshness here is hit or miss depending on the day. When it's on, it's as good as the Jubilee Hills and main branches, and the paneer roll and paneer puff are still worth getting. For the most consistent version though, I'd go to Jubilee Hills or the main branch. Same as the other Niloufers, free water on the table. One underrated order: the coffee.
